Description
This is an auspicious hairpin with a "Hamaya" motif.
The wings have a matte finish overall, but only the sides are polished. They sparkle when exposed to light, creating a truly striking effect. The wings are brass-colored, the shaft is rhodium-plated, and the ribbon features red and white tassels, creating a festive combination of gold, silver, red, and white. The ribbon also features an unusually shaped bell that makes a lovely tinkling sound every time it sways.
Designer's thoughts
We have created a hairpin based on the "Hamaya", a lucky charm that wards off evil. Although arrows are often thought of as weapons, hamaya are blunt in point as they are used against evil, not people or objects. As the name "evil-breaking" suggests, these arrows are talismans that exorcise evil and seize favorable opportunities without harming people. We hope that by wearing this auspicious hairpin, you will be able to seize happiness.
