Description
This hairpin is based on the Jiji and Goo Cho Ki Bread store sign that appear in Studio Ghibli's popular animated film "Kiki's Delivery Service."
This openwork hairpin is designed with the motif of the sign that Kiki and Tombo hung in the attic. The openwork details have been carefully considered, faithfully recreating the world of Ghibli. Jiji is crafted from brass, reminiscent of the figure about to fall off Kiki's broom. The shaft is made of warm wood, recreating the texture of the broom and buildings. The connecting thread is a striking red, reminiscent of Kiki's ribbon. Jiji's playful expression as he clings to the broom is adorable, and the sign-motif charm gently sways, creating an eye-catching finish. This is a must-have hairpin for any Ghibli fan.
