Description
A new color has been added to the snake-eye style long umbrella, which has a Japanese feel with its two-tone white and black color scheme. The color motif is based on the "Hydrangeas and Swallows" painting from Katsushika Hokusai's "Collection of Flowers and Birds."
The thick, circular "snake eye" pattern is also used as a family crest and is also known as the "tsurumakimon" (string-wrapped crest). Its name comes from its resemblance to snake eyes. This modern take on the "snake eye" umbrella, a type of Japanese umbrella featuring this snake eye pattern, has been crafted into a 24-rib umbrella. Its numerous ribs make it extremely durable and able to withstand strong winds and rain. With a diameter of 103cm when opened, it's exceptionally large, making it perfect for both men and women wearing traditional Japanese clothing. The handle and center rod are made of wood for a comfortable grip and a smooth finish. A Hokusai graphic branded on the handle adds a touch of luxury. Its simple design lends it a unisex appeal, making it suitable for any occasion. It pairs easily with both Western and traditional Japanese clothing, making it a perfect souvenir or gift for a subtle Japanese touch. Its UV protection also makes it suitable for use as a parasol in both sunny and rainy weather.
